yay! i’m not a web designer, so basically anything related to this subject is a long and tiring swing-and-miss journey. but i thought it is time to pimp this site a bit… some things i added are invisible to you, like security plugins or automatic backups for instance but others are quite interesting.

if there is an entry you’d like to share in any form, you can now do so by simply using the share/save button below each post. hover the mouse over it and a menu appears… i think this is a nice little item that adds to the user-friendlyness of this blog.

and as you can see above, it’s now possible to embed flashmedia of different kinds into the entries. i won’t use this feature too often though because i don’t like sites where it’s blinking and flashing (pun intended) everywhere. i had a site like that until a few months ago. there were about ten of those flash-buttons in the sidebar alone. the one shown above was the link back to the home page. i still like all those buttons by themselves but i shamelessly overdid it on that site. it’s good that this phase is over…….ha! not quite, i’ll give you the ‘coming soon’ button right now, to create longing for the next entries when it will look quieter again. there you go:
